DSIV One-of-One Visual Pack Checklist

Use this before buying or requesting a scarce visual pack. The pack should be easy to inspect before checkout, while full-resolution files stay private until purchase.

One-of-one rule

Write the scarcity rule in plain language:
- The buyer receives the protected asset pack after checkout.
- The same protected ZIP is not sold again as a one-of-one product.
- After purchase, DSIV marks the pack sold/unavailable so the same one-of-one pack is not offered again.
- Preview media can stay public, but full-resolution files stay private.
- The pack cannot be resold as raw files or redistributed as a competing asset pack.

Buyer-facing preview

Show enough to make the pack understandable:
- Preview still or short watermarked visual.
- File count and format.
- Resolution and duration ranges.
- Allowed project uses.
- One-of-one scarcity note.
- Sold/archive behavior after purchase.

What the buyer should understand

This pack can be used inside finished music, art, social, video, live visual, pitch, and client creative projects. Raw file resale, redistribution, template resale, AI training dataset use, and claiming exclusive authorship of DSIV work are not allowed unless separately approved in writing.

Before offering the pack

Confirm the public product page is clear before the drop is available:
- The preview accurately represents the delivered asset pack.
- The file count, format, resolution, and usage notes match the protected ZIP.
- The pack is truly limited to one buyer.
- The delivery file is attached and tested before the claim button is active.
- The product will move to sold/unavailable or archive after purchase.
- Support instructions are visible for delivery questions.

Delivery readiness

Before a buyer can claim the pack, make sure:
- The protected ZIP opens successfully.
- The manifest lists every delivered file.
- The usage note explains allowed and not allowed uses in plain language.
- The preview image or video matches the delivered pack.
- Digital delivery sends the correct file after checkout.
- The cart and product page do not offer the pack again after inventory reaches zero.
- The support path stays visible if a buyer needs help with access.

Archive state

Before you buy or request a pack

Make sure these points are clear:
- The pack has a private delivery file.
- The delivery filename matches the product description.
- The included files are described clearly.
- One-of-one availability is clear.
- The pack cannot be sold again as a new exclusive.
- Product, cart, and checkout pages explain what happens next.

Buyer delivery path

Customer receives:
- Order receipt.
- Private download link.
- Protected ZIP.
- Usage note.
- Manifest.
- Support/contact path.

Customer should not receive:
- Working drafts, rejected concepts, private references, or unapproved source files.
- Any unrelated character, persona, or avatar material.
- Any second copy of a one-of-one pack sold as a new exclusive product.

Support and delivery issue path

If a buyer reports a delivery issue:
- Use the order email and order ID when contacting DSIV.
- Include the product title and the exact delivery issue.
- DSIV will verify the delivery file and keep the pack sold while the issue is checked.
- If a wrong file was attached, DSIV will pause promotion and correct the delivery before any future sale.
- The sold/archive state stays intact once the pack has been purchased.
