Purchase record

The product page, checkout record, delivered files, and any written DSIV Music approval describe the purchase.

Ask before purchase

Send the project details before purchase when a client, brand, sponsor, paid media, broadcast, film, TV, game, app, AI system, or request for exclusivity is involved.

Delivery questions

Send the order number and purchase email when a file is missing, incorrect, corrupt, or inaccessible. DSIV Music will review the delivery record and respond under the current policy and applicable law.
