Digital Delivery and Refund Policy
Digital delivery
DSIV products are digital products. Delivery may include audio files, license notes, cue-sheet details, visual assets, guide files, or ZIP packages depending on the product purchased.
After checkout
- The buyer should receive access to the purchased digital files through the configured Shopify delivery flow.
- Order confirmation and delivery emails should be kept with the project archive.
- If a file is missing or a delivery link fails, contact DSIV with the order number and purchase email.
Refund handling
Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds should generally be limited once files have been delivered or downloaded. DSIV can still review duplicate purchases, mistaken orders, failed delivery, or incorrect file access case by case.
Before launch
- Attach final files to every active digital product.
- Run a test checkout for a music track, resource, and one-of-one drop.
- Confirm the buyer receives the correct files and that one-of-one inventory locks after purchase.
