Check the project fit
Client, sponsor, paid-media, broadcast, film, TV, game, app, trailer, resale, exclusivity, and other unlisted uses need written review before purchase.
Separate clearance
Send the track, project type, channels, territory, timing, client or sponsor, and paid-placement details to DSIV when the use falls outside the creator path.
AI-assisted work
Finished AI-assisted projects may be considered when the underlying use is approved. Do not use DSIV files for training, datasets, extraction, source separation, voice or style cloning, or replacement workflows.
Delivery and support
If a future approved purchase has a file or delivery issue, contact DSIV within 14 days. DSIV will first try help, correction, replacement, or redelivery; refunds are subject to applicable law.
Keep your delivery record
After purchase, keep the order receipt, delivered files, license information, and project details together.
What you receive
Shopify Digital Products emails the files attached to the product after purchase. The product page and delivered license information define the purchase record.
Credit and project records
Keep the track title, DSIV credit, order record, project details, and any written use approval with the finished project.
